Member Solution Consultant I-San Francisco/Peninsula

We are currently looking for a Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The Member Solution Consultant I will build strong and prosperous relationships with our members through dialog, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum one (1) year within a financial institution in a teller and/or new accounts services capacity preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of consumer lending regulations and underwriting strongly desired. Knowledge of all teller functions including all aspects (routine to complex) required. Proficient knowledge of personal computer operations including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word required. Proficient knowledge of electronic data processing and archive system. Proven ability to cross sell various products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Accountant I-San Bruno

We are looking for a highly responsible Accountant I position that requires performance of finance & accounting functions of a complex nature and with broad discretion as to work details. Prepares, verifies and conducts analysis of varied accounting and financial data requiring advanced professional experience and knowledge

Degree in Accounting /Finance or 5 years accounting equivalent experience required. Minimum of five or more years accounting experience required. Ability to perform -complex mathematical/ financial and accounting operations. Excellent math aptitude, –strong attention detail and -analytical skills required. Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills required Perform all month-end activities for development of financial statements within 5 business days after end of month. Ability to Perform monthly GL reconciliations by third week of every month and resolve non-routine, complex discrepancies or outstanding items before preparing next months GL reconciliations.

SR. Risk Management Specialist-Fraud

We are currently looking for a Sr. Risk Management Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing daily internal and external activity reports to detect potential fraud situations. Identifying valid and fraudulent transactions; setting up fraud files or other documentation, using multiple research techniques to resolve issues; reconciling and summarizing fraud losses; and reporting of fraud activity.

Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study, or equivalent experience. Has obtained, or willing to obtain, formal certification through CUNA or other industry professional regulating body, in Collections, Fraud or Compliance. Minimum two-years of general business experience desirable. A typical incumbent will normally possess five years of related experience. (fraud, financial institution security, investigation) Professional level abilities in the use of office software and a familiarity with data processing core systems typically in use in financial institutions.

Contact Center Representative I

We are currently looking for a The Contact Center Representative I who is the primary remote point of contact to guide our members to credit union products, services and solutions. You will manage the expectation and experience of our members while solving problems and assisting with technology questions.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year of successful call center or customer service experience required, Minimum 1 year within a financial institution/credit union within a new accounts or other related role preferred, Strong listening skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ultrafis/FSP/ CRM systems knowledge preferred, Previous experience with sales methods and techniques preferred

Real Estate Loan Officer II

We are currently looking for a Real Estate Loan Officer II is responsible for working with members to submit a complete loan application from all delivery channels and collect all required supporting documents for loan approval.  They are responsible for assisting the member with the best product selection to fit their financial needs, and serve as the first point in assessing the member’s credit worthiness.  This position serves as member advocate and adviser regarding loan products and programs with the highest of service levels.  This position originates first mortgage, closed end second mortgage and Home Equity Line of Credit loans.

High School diploma or equivalency required. Some college or specialized certificate. NMLS license required. Three to five years’ of 1-4 family residential real estate origination required. Extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae products, LLPA’s and qualification criteria. Well-rounded knowledge of loan operations including policies, procedures and credit granting practices, and secondary market lending parameters, including laws, regulations that surround real estate transactions is required. Maintain a general knowledge of economic conditions, competitor’s rates, terms, etc. and other trends related to lending. Ability to apply knowledge of secondary market standard requirements for mortgage commitments, delivery methods, mortgage eligibility, underwriting guidelines, property and appraisal analysis, project standard, forms/documentation.
