Bryant Street Protest Activity

by Alicia Palelej | Jan 16, 2020

We have been notified of recurring anti-police protest activity that will be taking place on the corner of 6th and Bryant from approximately 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. each Friday. Unfortunately, this weekly protest is impacting our members who need to conduct business at our San Francisco/Bryant Street location.

We regret the harassment that our members are experiencing as a result of the protests. While we plan on keeping our Bryant location open during normal business hours, we are sharing the information we have about these scheduled protests so that you can plan your visits to our branch in a way that allows you to avoid the activity.

  • Consider visiting our Bryant location outside of the scheduled protest times (Fridays from approximately 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. -  protest length varies ). We have not observed protests outside of these hours.

  • Our other branch locations , including our branch at 26th and Irving, will be available during the protests. There are no protests scheduled near our other branches at this time.

  • We can assist you with certain transactions over the phone at 800.222.1391, or through Online Banking at

The protest situation is subject to change, and we will share any new information with our members as it becomes available, in the interest of your comfort and safety. Please contact us at 800.222.1391 if you need assistance.
