Automated Phone Banking

To reach our Automated Phone Banking System dial 800.222.1391 and listen for the prompt "To access our Automated Phone Banking, press 1"

When your busy life takes you away from a Police Credit Union branch, you always can access your accounts through our Automated Phone Banking, The Police Credit Union's 24-hour telephone transaction line. You can check balances, transfer money, request checks and obtain the latest rate information.

Please note, Regulations D and E govern the use of Automated Phone Banking, which allows for six telephone and/or automatic transfers from savings to checking each month. Set up your Automated Phone Banking access today and start enjoying the convenience.

Instructions for First-Time Users

The first time you use our new system you will be prompted to enter your member number (without the 000 in front) and the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number as your temporary PIN. You will then be prompted to select a new PIN (4-6 digits).
