IRVING BRANCH PARKING LOT CLOSURE (12/13 - 12/16)
Due to repairs, our Irving Branch member parking lot will be closed from 5:30 p.m. on Friday, December 13 until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 16. Any cars left in the lot during that time will be towed at the owner's expense.

Our Irving Branch will be open during normal business hours on Saturday, December 14th. During this time, members may park in the employee parking lot located across the street from the branch.

I received my new EMV debit card but I'm having trouble activating it. What should I do?

First, verify that your primary phone number is correct in our system:

  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Update Profile.
  3. Verify that the phone number listed under Home Phone Number is your current, primary number.
  4. If you update your phone number, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue to save your changes.
