I received my new debit card but I'm having trouble activating it. What should I do?

First, verify that your primary phone number is correct in our system:

  1. Log into Digital Banking.
  2. Navigate to My Settings > Update Profile.
  3. Verify that the phone number listed under Home Phone Number is your current, primary number.
  4. If you update your phone number, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue to save your changes.
