Wire Transfers

Domestic & International Wire Transfers

Before sending a wire transfer to another institution, you'll need to provide us with the receiving institution's wiring instructions and a valid government-issued ID (i.e., a driver's license).

Step 1: Fill out the appropriate Wire Transfer Authorization form below:

Step 2: Return your form to Member Experience in one of three ways:

  • Fax your completed form to 415.242.6574
  • Print out your completed form and bring it to one of our branches.
  • Send the completed form via secure message. Log in to Online Banking, select Messages & Alerts > Messages, click New Conversation, attach the form, and press Send.
