Due to repairs, our Irving Branch member parking lot will be closed from 5:30 p.m. on Friday, December 13 until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 16. Any cars left in the lot during that time will be towed at the owner's expense.

Our Irving Branch will be open during normal business hours on Saturday, December 14th. During this time, members may park in the employee parking lot located across the street from the branch.

3)  Home Loan Toolkit

Provided by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), this toolkit provides a step-by-step guide to help consumers understand the nature and costs of real estate settlement services, define what affordable means to them, and find their best mortgage.

4)  Adjustable Rate Mortgages

If you are applying for an adjustable rate mortgage, please also download this consumer handbook. This handbook gives you an over-view of ARMs and explains how ARMs work so you are fully informed.

5)  Submitting your Application and Documents
