Pay bills: If you’re still running out to the post office to buy stamps and mail checks, you’ll soon find that you save time and money, and reduce stress, by enrolling in SFPCU’s online Bill Pay. A convenient and secure way to manage your debts, Bill Pay provides the flexibility to schedule one-time or recurring payments, and allows you to track payments and view payment history. Declutter your home and your life: Amassing piles of paperwork faster than you can file them? Eliminating unnecessary paper files with E-statements can go a long way toward reducing clutter—restoring a sense of order in your home and enhancing your overall well-being. By signing up for E-statements, you can quickly access your account history from anywhere, anytime. You’ll also support environmental efforts by reducing paper waste. Here’s another great reason to switch to E-statements for your SFPCU accounts: as of November 30, 2015, the number of E-statements now available to you for viewing has been expanded from 12 months to 23 months—and over this year, additional months will become available, eventually reaching 35 months!
Deposit checks electronically: Many of us in the Bay Area continually find ourselves short on time, and this is especially true of First Responders! If it’s a nuisance to visit your branch to deposit a check in the middle of your workday, Mobile Deposit is a great solution for you. All you need is an SFPCU Checking or Savings Account and the SFPCU Mobile App on your camera-equipped mobile device, and you can deposit checks from almost anywhere in the world! Need to transfer funds to someone without an SFPCU account? With our Person-to-Person Personal Payment System (P2P), you can send money to anyone from your SFPCU account—all you need is the recipient’s email address or mobile number. Plus, enhanced security lets you select a special keyword to make sure that your payment stays safe. For more information on P2P Payments and how to access this service, click here
