New Launch Date for Enhanced Online Banking is June 9

At SF Police Credit Union, delivering products, services, and a level of personal service that result in an exceptional member experience will always be our mission and top priority.

As a financial institution dedicated to serving our members’ financial needs, we know it’s vital to ensure that when making a major change to the technology and systems used to provide account access, your experience with this type of conversion must be seamless and positive. By taking some additional time, we are confident that this will be the case.

Please review the following information carefully. We've made some changes that may affect some of the services you use in the weeks leading up to the big launch!

Getting Started

To ensure you have the best Online Banking experience, we recommended using one of the following internet browsers:

Enrollment

Current Online Banking users:
If you are currently enrolled in SFPCU Online Banking and have been logging in periodically over the last year, all of your information will automatically move to the new system and you do not need to re-enroll.

To ensure a smooth transition, please verify your contact information:

  1. Login to Online Banking before June 4, 2015.
  2. Click on My Profile, then click on Update Profile Info.
  3. Verify that your phone number, email, and mailing address are all up-to-date.
  4. Click Update Member Info and you're done!

Why is this important?
Because your online safety is our primary concern, the first time you login to the new system you will be presented with the Secure Access Code screen. This helps prevent fraudsters from using your login information to access your account because the Secure Access Code is sent directly to an email, text, or phone number that you have immediate access to.

Not yet enrolled in Online Banking?
Welcome!  You can enroll in our current system anytime before 11:59 pm PST on June 4 and your information will move to the new system automatically.

What you need to know

Bill Pay

  • All of your currently scheduled payments, payees, and payment history will transfer to the new system.
  • While we work to transfer to our new and improved Online Banking system, our Bill Pay service will be temporarily unavailable from 6:00 am PST on June 5 through 9:00 am PST on June 9.
  • Payments scheduled for June 6 - June 8 will be made on June 9. If you would like to change your payment dates, please be sure to reschedule them by June 4.
  • Login after 9:00 am PST on June 9 to check out the new system!

Email and Mobile Alerts

There are more alert options in the new system to help you stay on top of your finances, including Important Date alerts, Account Balance alerts, and Payment Confirmation alerts.
 
Please take note of your current alerts so you’re ready to set them up in the new system starting June 9.  In the new system you can quickly re-establish your alerts by going to the "Messages & Alerts"  tab and following a few simple steps. 

Scan Online/Mail Online Deposit

Scan Online and Mail Online Deposit will no longer be available as methods of deposit after 9:00 AM PST on June 9, but don't worry, we've got you covered with these convenient alternatives:

  1. Use our Mobile Deposit feature to deposit checks from your tablet or smartphone. Click here to learn more.
  2. Deposit checks at one of 30,000 fee-free ATM locations nationwide, Shared Branches, or Bank of the West locations. Click here to find a location near you.

You will still be able to make deposits to your account by mailing checks to our branches. The checks will be processed as they are received.

Mortgage Servicing

Great news! After 9:00 am PST on June 9 you will be able to access Mortgage Servicing through Online Banking and will not be required to login separately.  

Quicken and QuickBooks

You will need to complete an account activation and deactivation process on or before June 9. Click here for detailed information.

Transfers (Member to Member/P2P/Between Accounts/Remote FIs)

  • All of your currently scheduled payments will be transferred to the new system.
  • While we transition to our new and improved Online Banking system, our transfer service will be temporarily unavailable from 6:00 am PST on June 5 through 9:00 am PST on June 9.
  • Transfers scheduled for June 6 – June 8 will be made on June 9. If you would like to change your payment dates, please be sure to reschedule them by June 4.
  • Login after 9:00 am PST on June 9 and check out the new system!
    • Our new Online Banking system features multiple P2P payment options. You will be able to send money to anyone simply by entering their phone number or email to transfer money to their account electronically. You can also schedule a check to be mailed with a few simple clicks.
