When logging in to the Mobile Banking app, you will sometimes be asked for a Secure Access Code to complete the login process. The code can be sent via text (SMS), an automated phone call, or email, so it’s important to keep your contact information updated.
To update your Secure Access Code delivery information:
1. Login to the Mobile Banking app.
2. Tap on the “Menu” button in the upper left.
3. Tap on “Settings,” then “Security Preferences.”
4. Tap on “Secure Delivery.”
