Keep your cards safe

• Check your statements. Examine the charges every month and report any suspicious activity
• Sign-up for E-statements to access your statements through Online Banking  
• Sign the signature panel on your credit and debit cards as soon as you receive them
• Report lost or stolen cards immediately
• Lock away unused cards (don’t automatically cancel credit card accounts because that can damage your credit score)

Falcon Fraud Manager

The Falcon Fraud Manager blocks transactions from a specific region or country due to fraudulent activities and further protects your Visa credit card and debit MasterCard from criminal activity. High-risk transactions are flagged immediately.

To ensure a hassle-free trip with uninterrupted service while traveling, notify The Police Credit Union with our easy-to-use form within Online Banking.

The Police Credit Union provides convenient access to your accounts no matter where you travel. We also safeguard your personal information with services that monitor activity on your accounts while you’re out sightseeing and experiencing the world so you can focus on fun.

To get started, simply login to Online Banking and navigate to Account Services > Travel Notification.

3. Your destination(s)
4. Contact information
5. Click Submit
