Risk Management Specialist-Audit Compliance-(San Bruno/Hybrid)

We are currently looking for a Risk Management Specialist-Audit Compliance who will maintain processes to ensure Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance and to monitor, deter, detect and investigate fraud, losses and potential losses. Monitors day-to-day compliance with and ensures appropriate documentation is completed for transactions that fall under Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and related reporting and monitoring requirements. Monitors, researches and analyzes current and potential loss and fraudulent activity trends. Compiles, develops, and communicates programs and information as required to address relevant actions required to address loss and fraud requirements. Participates in investigations of potential fraudulent activity as necessary. Analyzes potentially suspicious activity and completes required forms. Following established procedures, performs detailed financial and accounting auditing assignments to determine the reliability and effectiveness of financial and control systems.

Bachelors Degree in an appropriate field of study, or equivalent experience. Has obtained, or willing to obtain, formal certification through CUNA or other industry professional regulating body, in Compliance and Audit. Minimum of three years of Multi-Discipline (Fraud, Compliance, Audit, Collections) experience preferred. Advance ability to work independently, with minimal guidance or supervision. Professional level abilities in the use of office software and a familiarity with data processing core systems typically in use in financial institutions. Experience with Verafin’s FRAMLx Platform highly desirable.

Member Solution Consultant-(San Mateo)

We are currently looking for a Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The Member Solution Consultant I will build strong and prosperous relationships with our members through dialog, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future. (Full time and Part Time Options available)

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum one (1) year within a financial institution in a teller and/or new accounts services capacity preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of consumer lending regulations and underwriting strongly desired. Knowledge of all teller functions including all aspects (routine to complex) required. Proficient knowledge of personal computer operations including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word required. Proficient knowledge of electronic data processing and archive system. Proven ability to cross sell various products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
