Contact Center Manager

We are looking for a Contact Center Manager who will serve membership by planning and implementing contact center and back office support strategies and operations; continuously assessing processes and improving systems and increasing efficiencies; managing staff to reach highest potential and demonstrate service excellence. 

High School Diploma required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience strongly desired. Determine contact center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses; identify and evaluate state-of-the-art technologies; define user requirements; establish technical specifications, and set metrics for production, productivity, quality, and member-service standards; contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews. Meet contact center financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Prepare contact center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

AVP Channel Marketing

We are looking for an AVP Channel Marketing who will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing programs and messaging through all marketing program channels. This role collaborates with the SVP of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies, tactics and plans for the business and ensures they are consistent with the overarching corporate strategy. 

BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience required. Five or more years’ experience in Marketing /Advertising within a management role required. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment; knowledge of mediation – conflict resolution techniques. Knowledge of marketing theory and analysis, product development, and Understanding of overall communication programs and strategies. Ability to interface with marketing agencies, provide creative direction and oversee work-flow. Financial Services experience strongly desired. Ability to lead a team.

Membership Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Membership Development Manager (MDM) who will be responsible for increasing memberships through various business development, community involvement activities while representing the Police CU brand with professionalism and integrity. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, enhancing and expanding existing relationships and developing corporate programs and events to enhance membership growth.  The MDM will be developing and maintaining targeted and strategic partnerships with outside organizations.  The MDM will manage coordination of credit union related events, including logistics and ensuring effective and efficient communication between vendors, branches, employees and management. The MDM will develop and manage a business plan for Police CU outreach activities to engage and ensure visibility among employees, partner organizations and the community. This individual is also responsible for measuring, analyzing, optimizing and communicating results of programs to management, as well as provide concise, strategic feedback and recommendations. He/she maintains quality service standards set by the organization.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Community Relations, Business Administration, or related field, preferred. Three years’ experience organizing and conducting special events and projects in a Business Development/Community Relations position. Experience within a financial institution preferred. Proven track record of new business opportunities or sales required Knowledge of business development, sales, marketing, and community outreach strategies is a required. Strong member/client interpersonal skills required. Strong communication skills including verbal, written, initial contact, and presentations required. Current driver’s license, safe driving record, and use of personal vehicle/insurance for frequent travel to credit union branches and events as needed. Required to work 65% of the time in the field
