Member Solution Consultant-(San Mateo)
We are currently looking for a Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The Member Solution Consultant I will build strong and prosperous relationships with our members through dialog, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum one (1) year within a financial institution in a teller and/or new accounts services capacity preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of consumer lending regulations and underwriting strongly desired. Knowledge of all teller functions including all aspects (routine to complex) required. Proficient knowledge of personal computer operations including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word required. Proficient knowledge of electronic data processing and archive system. Proven ability to cross sell various products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Member Solution Supervisor-SF/Irving
We are currently looking for a Member Solution Supervisor who can provide dynamic and positive leadership to branch team. Model superlative service standards, creative problem solving, and intuitive sales strategies. Provide the team with a leadership model invoking a vibrant, positive, hands-on approach to serving our membership. Empower the team to exemplify and demonstrate core values. Create and support team development and production goals through regular coaching, positive feedback, and tailored discussions. Assist team members in becoming self-sufficient and focused on our common goals and overall mission.
Minimum of three years credit union or financial institution experience required within a new accounts/loan services position required. Minimum of one year within a lead or supervisory role required. Board approved consumer loan lending authority – ALPS green/ yellow /red required. Knowledge of IRA and Trusts accounts required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite specifically Word, Excel. Knowledge of Credit Union’s electronic data processing and archive system required.
