Senior Mortgage Underwriter - San Bruno

We are looking for a Senior Mortgage Underwriter who will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting of residential real estate loans ensuring balance between growth objectives and credit quality objectives of the Credit Union.  Proactive in problem detection and resolution.  Monitors member/customer service standards by assisting in problem solving and resolution of operational problems.    Works with Mortgage Underwriter and Loan Officers to lead a team providing superior member service through setting and assessing performance goals and priorities.  Responsible for ensuring that the Credit Union complies with required laws and regulations.  Builds positive relationships with all departments and peers.

Minimum eight years of experience in loan processing/underwriting Conventional, GSE’s (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) loans products required. Underwriting designation required. Advanced industry courses in real estate lending required. Familiarity with all investor loan guidelines; and working experience with DU underwriting system. Proven ability to underwrite conventional and Jumbo loans. Perform activities/tasks related to the Bank Secrecy Act Policy which includes General Requirements, MIP, CTRs and events that may suspect suspicious activities.

Senior Accountant - San Bruno

We are looking for a highly responsible position that requires performance of finance & accounting functions of a complex nature and with broad discretion as to work details. Prepares, verifies and conducts analysis of varied accounting and financial data requiring advanced professional experience and knowledge.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. Five to eight years progressive accounting experience required. Advanced proficiency with Excel including SQL. Understanding and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Ability to problem solve and perform complex mathematical/ financial and accounting operations. Ability to work independently with limited supervision on diversified procedures. Good verbal and written communication required.

Contact Center Representative I - San Bruno

We are currently looking for a The Contact Center Representative I who is the primary remote point of contact to guide our members to credit union products, services and solutions. You will manage the expectation and experience of our members while solving problems and assisting with technology questions.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year of successful call center or customer service experience required, Minimum 1 year within a financial institution/credit union within a new accounts or other related role preferred, Strong listening skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ultrafis/FSP/ CRM systems knowledge preferred, Previous experience with sales methods and techniques preferred

Member Solution Consultant I - San Francisco (Bryant)

We are currently looking for a Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The Member Solution Consultant I will build strong and prosperous relationships with our members through dialog, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum one (1) year within a financial institution in a teller and/or new accounts services capacity preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of consumer lending regulations and underwriting strongly desired. Knowledge of all teller functions including all aspects (routine to complex) required. Proficient knowledge of personal computer operations including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word required. Proficient knowledge of electronic data processing and archive system. Proven ability to cross sell various products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
