Member Solution Consultant I - Oakland

We are currently looking for a Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The Member Solution Consultant I will build strong and prosperous relationships with our members through dialog, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum one (1) year within a financial institution in a teller and/or new accounts services capacity preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of consumer lending regulations and underwriting strongly desired. Knowledge of all teller functions including all aspects (routine to complex) required. Proficient knowledge of personal computer operations including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word required. Proficient knowledge of electronic data processing and archive system. Proven ability to cross sell various products and services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

We are currently looking for a Regional Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic and consultative services to our members. The position will be based in San Mateo but will travel to the San Bruno and SF branches when there are staffing needs.

We are currently looking for a The Contact Center Representative I who is the primary remote point of contact to guide our members to credit union products, services and solutions. You will manage the expectation and experience of our members while solving problems and assisting with technology questions.

VP Member Experience-San Bruno/Hybrid

We are looking for a VP Member Experience who will retain full responsibility for assessing, planning, directing, organizing and enhancing member service via multi- channel delivery systems including Retail, Contact Center, E-Branch services and related back-office operations that support strategic objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum of eight years of progressive leadership experience within a financial institution- preferably overseeing Retail or Contact Center. Ten or more years progressive knowledge and experience within financial institution or credit union. Requires strong well-rounded knowledge of the Credit Union industry, regulations, branch operations, consumer lending and contact centers. Strong leadership ability in the development and implementation of Retail and Contact Center strategies and complex programs to realize credit union objectives.

Finance Manager-San Bruno/ Hybrid

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the Finance and Data Analysis functions at the corporate level.  Directs development and administration of the Finance and Analytical practices and procedures.  Responsible for the development of strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability, while effectively managing and communicating balance sheet risk.  Assists senior management in making key business decisions, requiring knowledge of and competency in accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, economic analysis, budgeting, and proficiency in business writing.  Works with broad discretion as to assignments of a difficult nature.  Provides leadership for other personnel and direct supervision.  Works closely with senior management in providing reports and analysis that are necessary for current and future business decisions.

Degree in finance or accounting or equivalent related experience required. Excellent math aptitude, problem solving, financial analysis, attention to detail, and open communication are required. Advanced knowledge of all Finance Functions as would be seen with 6 or more years’ experience within a financial management position. Advanced knowledge of all aspects of financial analysis and reporting requirements including developing and maintaining spreadsheets. Knowledge of current data analytical tools including data warehouse and dashboard tools. Ability to summarize data and reports and make recommendations when needed.

Administrative Assistant-San Bruno

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who will can under limited supervision and acting on own initiative, performs diverse, advance secretarial and clerical duties. Real Estate Operations Manager-San Bruno

We are currently looking for a Real Estate Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall supervision/management of first-lien and home-equity residential mortgage fulfilment operations, including loan processing, closing, funding, post-closing, reporting, and management of the related technology.

Minimum five years lending experience in a real estate loan operations role within a credit union or financial institution environment required.  Independent mortgage banking experience may be considered. Minimum three or more years management and supervision experience in a mortgage operations role required. Minimum three or more years serving as administrator for Real Estate loan origination systems preferred. Requires well-rounded knowledge of Credit Union loan processing, operations, loan file documentation, closing and funding.
