SVP Lending

This position is responsible for the strategic leadership and program development supporting real estate and consumer lending. This role leads research and feasibility studies, business case design and implementation of lending programs and policies essential to a well-formed lending culture. This role is responsible for building consumer and real estate portfolios through pro-active planning, development, implementation and oversight of all loan origination and servicing facets.  Serves as Credit Manager. Actively participates in organizational strategic planning, budgetary projections, and serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Member Experience Division.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and or equivalent years of related work experience required. Master’s degree in business or a related field is strongly desired. Minimum ten years- experience of progressing knowledge and experience within financial institution or credit union. Minimum of five years lending management experience required. Minimum of three years leadership experience required. Experience with managing secondary market functions including loan pricing, lock desk, lock extensions, commitments, sales and delivery, investor reporting.
