Virtual Branch Manager I
We are currently looking for a Virtual Branch Manager I who will lead the Credit Union’s Virtual Branch as a member acquisition, sales, and relationship-building channel. This position is responsible for achieving growth and service objectives through proactive outreach, consultative conversations, effective onboarding, and meaningful connections between members’ financial needs and the Credit Union’s products and services. The Manager creates a high-performing, member-focused team through hands-on coaching, development, performance management, and accountability.
High School Diploma required. A bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience strongly desired. Minimum of two or more years of supervisory level experience required within a financial institution- preferably a credit union or other sales & service-related industry. Minimum of five years working in financial services, member service, sales, or a related environment; credit union experience preferred. Experience with remote, contact center, or virtual service delivery preferred.
