Paper Statement Fee

Paper, printing, and mailing costs have significantly increased, and we want to encourage a more convenient, secure, and eco-friendly way to access your account statements.

Starting July 1st, a $2 monthly fee will apply to accounts receiving paper statements (if you only receive a statement quarterly you will only be charged the $2 fee quarterly).

The fee will be deducted from the checking account, or from another account if you do not have a checking or if the fee would reduce the checking account balance to below $0.

Simply enroll in E-statements by 5 p.m. PST on the last business day of the month. Once you are enrolled, there is nothing else you need to do. With E-statements, your statement is secure, available sooner, can be accessed from anywhere, at any time and available for viewing for 12 months.

Note: members ages 17 and younger and 62 and older will not be charged a monthly fee for paper statements.

Simply log on to Online Banking and click on the “Statements” link or in Digital Banking, select More > E-statements and follow the instructions to enroll.

You can continue receiving paper statements, but the $2 monthly paper statement fee will apply. If you need assistance enrolling in E-statements, our team is happy to help.

If you receive quarterly statements, the $2 paper statement fee will be assessed on a quarterly basis.

Yes, your statement cycle will remain the same for monthly and quarterly statements. By selecting E-statements you eliminate the regular waiting period associated with postal delivery, in addition to saving on paper costs and paper waste.
