Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

DRAWING IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Police Credit Union  survey OPENS at 12:01 am Pacific Daylight Time on May 13, 2025 and CLOSES AT 11:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time on May 29, 2025 (the "Drawing  Period"). The Drawing is sponsored and administered by The Police Credit Union.

Eligibility:
 
The Police Credit Union Drawing is offered electronically on the Internet via an online survey, located within the email invite you were sent by The Police Credit Union. The Drawing is offered to invited participants who are natural persons and legal residents of the United States who WERE DIRECTLY CONTACTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SURVEY. The offer to participate in the Drawing is non-transferable. The United States Armed Forces and all legal territories of countries included in these rules are eligible for the Drawing. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, research partners, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. Void where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.   

How to Enter: 

You may enter The Police Credit Union  Drawing by following the link in your invitation to the survey website and completing the survey online. All individuals who fully qualify and complete the survey will receive one entry for the survey completed during the drawing period.  If you do not wish to complete the survey, you may not be entered into the Drawing.  Online entries must be received by May 29,2025. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

Data Protection Notice:

All opinions and responses expressed in this survey along with any personal information will be kept strictly confidential and never shared with anyone outside of The Police Credit Union, 1250 Grundy Ln, San Bruno, CA 94066 ("Sponsor/Administrator") and their research partner Russell Research, One Meadowlands Plaza, Suite 1001, East Rutherford, NJ 07073. The names and email addresses of everyone who fully qualified and completed the online survey will be provided to The Police Credit Union ("Sponsor/Administrator") for purposes of selecting the winners and prize distribution. This information will not be combined with any of the answers provided in the survey.
 
Prizes:

   • Ten (10) $100 Amazon e-Gift Cards, one issued per winner.

No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable/nonsaleable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Selection of Winners: 

Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held by June 5, 2025, by The Police Credit Union.  All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email provided within 10 days of the drawing. Winner will have 5 regular days from notification to accept the prize by email. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. 

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. 

Conditions: 

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, research partners, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Drawing; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Drawing. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Drawing at any time and to award Drawing prizes to individuals selected at random from the pool of entrants received up to the point of termination, if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Drawing. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the survey website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. 

By participating in the Drawing, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, research partners, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
